About Kristy Anne Empaces Sandford

Studied studio arts in 2004 for VCE, gain experience in working with large pieces and have photography background. Completed Graphic Arts in 2010, were I learnt Adobe illustrator and other skills.

I use many different mediums, such as acrylics, and oil pastels. I believe that working in a single medium is restrictive to my artistic process. Each idea manifests in its own individual style.

I enjoy playing with colours and many of my pieces are directly influenced by models I’ve seen in the fashion industry. I love creating coloured portraits.
